Having experienced the devastating loss of her sister at the tender age of 12, Deborah's journey towards healing and advocating for mental health began.
Driven by a determination to promote mental health in all aspects of life, Deborah founded Hows your Heart Coaching and Consulting LLC, a platform dedicated to helping individuals find healing and wholeness.
As the owner of The Xchange Place podcast, Deborah provides a safe and nurturing space for healing, restoration, and personal growth. Through her podcast, she not only reflects her own journey, providing mirrors of where others could be but also offers a window of possibilities for others, inspiring them to reach their fullest potential.
