About Me
Deborah Faith, a native of New Jersey, is a remarkable individual whose passion for mental health and wellness is deeply rooted in her own personal tragedy. Having experienced the devastating loss of her sister at the tender age of 12, Deborah's journey towards healing and advocating for mental health began.
Driven by a determination to promote mental health in all aspects of life, Deborah founded Hows your Heart Coaching and Consulting LLC, a platform dedicated to helping individuals find healing and wholeness.
As the owner of The Xchange Place podcast, Deborah provides a safe and nurturing space for healing, restoration, and personal growth. Through her podcast, she not only reflects her own journey, providing mirrors of where others could be but also offers a window of possibilities for others, inspiring them to reach their fullest potential.
